Q1:电磁加热器基础知识

1.工作原理

电磁加热器其实就是家里用的电磁炉的原理,没有明火,放锅上去锅自身就发热。电磁加热器那工业上用的电磁加热器也是一样,只是控制技术上更加完善,功率上更加大(单机可做到120KW),完全按工业要求来设计的。其原理:把工频交流电(单相:220V,三相:380V)整流变成直流电,直流电通过核心技术控制的功率管(IGBT模块)转变成高频交流电,高频电流经过负载线圈,在线圈周围产生磁场,在磁场范围内有导磁的金属,磁场就会切割金属使得金属自身快速发热。

2.负载线圈

负载线圈是与电磁加热器功率一一对应的,它有个参数叫电感量,不同功率对应的电感量不同,也就是绕线的长度也不同。电感量是用专用仪器(电桥)测得的,它是随很多参数不同而发生变化,比如绕线的密与疏,线圈与加热体的距离远与近,线圈的形状等等。。。所以绕制线圈是比较讲经验的,在没有测量仪器的情况下,我们会告诉你经验值做参考,然后看机子的工作状态来慢慢调整线圈,是加线圈还是减少线圈达到工作状态合适为止

3.加热体材质

加热体的材质就是需要加热的那个物体金属的材质,电磁加热的要求是导磁的,简单说就是能用磁铁吸住的,也就是含铁质的,因为铁质材料导磁是最好,效率也就最高。不锈钢是不导磁的效率最低,所以不能用不导磁的材质。

4.线圈距离

线圈距离是指绕好的线圈表面与加热体表面的距离,这个距离不能太远也不能太近,一般在2CM,这2CM的距离就刚好可以包一层保温棉保温与隔热。

5.功率

380V电功率算法:功率P=电流I*电压V*相系数1.732(电流是输入端电流,电压是380V,相系数是根号3)

220V电功率算法:功率P=电流I*电压V

6.电流

电流是指电磁加热器的输入电流,而不是输出电流,输出电流是高频电流,要用专用仪器测得才准,用普通夹流表夹的线圈输出电流一般是输入电流的2-3倍,所以我们通常说的电磁加热器电流是指输入电流。知道电流多少就可以运用上面功率的公式算出实际功率多少。

7.工作频率
